Hi, I'm Jess — your coordinator, and biggest fan on your wedding day.

I'm a wedding coordinator based in Beaver Dam, Kentucky. I grew up right here in Western KY, and there's nowhere I'd rather be building this business than in the community I love.

I started Something Blue because I believe with my whole heart that every couple deserves someone in their corner on their wedding day — someone who knows the venues, the vendors, the little things that can go sideways, and how to handle all of it with a smile so you never have to.

My first day coordinating a wedding left me completely certain this is what I'm meant to do. Watching a bride walk down the aisle without a single worry on her face — that's everything to me.

When I'm not coordinating, you'll find me somewhere in Ohio County, probably with a coffee in hand. I'm local, I'm real, and I'll care about your wedding like it's my own.

I recommend booking as early as possible — especially for spring and fall dates, which fill up fast in Western Kentucky. For day-of coordination, booking 3–6 months out is ideal. For partial or full planning, 9–12 months gives us the best runway.

Yes! I'm happy to work at any venue — barns, farms, event halls, churches, backyards, you name it. I have existing relationships with many Western KY venues and love building new ones.
